Base.it contient de l'hydroxyapatite de calcium dans un oligomère d'uréthane méthacrylate. Il fait réduire l irritation de la pulpe et a un faible retrait de polymérisation. Base.it stimule la formation de dentine secondaire par libérant du calcium, de l'hydroxyion et du phosphate.
